Marcel Dyf was mostly known for his effortless way to captures the times of the people. Executing most works on-site, he truly was able to absorb the energy and the day, movement of the people, the landscape, or portrait of a friend or stranger. His pieces imitate life in a romantic and magical way, allowing the viewer to escape into his reality, bringing a sense of joy and meaning. This piece is wonderful impressionistic oil painting from the turn of the century depicting the 9th Hole (Par 3) at Chiberta Golf Club in Southern France.
