A wonderfully rich beach scene from the mid-20th Century, depicting figures in the sand, set in Holland. Some figures are by the water as children play in the distance with a bicyclist as well. The impressionist details are greatly admired as the sun shines beautifully on the water. This painting is signed lower right and comes housed in a vintage round profile silver wood frame with hanging wire on verso ready to be displayed.
